Health information is the most sensitive category of personal data there is. This page is written to be read, not to be defensible.

Using the free projection

You can run the projection without an account. The numbers you type are used in your browser to calculate the result. Nothing is stored unless you choose to save it.

What is stored if you save or subscribe

• Your email address.
• What you enter: weight, goal weight, body composition readings, medication and dose, protein entries, training sessions, injection records, scan values.
• Billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Where it lives

In a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, encrypted at rest and in transit, with row-level security so that a query can only ever return your own rows. Analytics is aggregate page-count data only and sets no cookies.

What is never done with it

• It is never sold.
• It is never shared with advertisers, insurers, employers or pharmaceutical companies.
• It is never used to target advertising to you.

Your control

Export everything as a file, at any time, from settings. Delete your account and every row belonging to it, at any time, from settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and backups roll off within 30 days.
